We verify benefits before the first visit. Private pay is billed per visit. We do not accept Medicaid.

Access Home Health is a Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited home health agency in Jacksonville, founded by local clinicians in 2019. We bring skilled nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy to patients at home after a hospital stay, surgery, fall or illness. Medicare covers eligible home health at 100%, with no copay. Access Home Health was started in Jacksonville in 2019 by Blake Ehler, MSN, RN and Dr. William Hyder, DPT, a registered nurse and a physical therapist who saw how much better patients do when the people planning their care are the same people delivering it.
