How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to the selected paid plan for 14 days. No charges occur during the trial. You can cancel before the trial ends without being billed, or downgrade to the free Starter plan anytime.
What is included in the Pro plan?
Pro includes scheduling and shift calendar, automated compliance alerts, digital onboarding for I-9 and W-4, client care notes and service plans, AI workflow tools, and up to 60 caregiver profiles with 2 admin seats. Public directory listing and Partner Coverage network access are included.
When should I choose Business over Pro?
Choose Business if you have more than 60 caregivers, need more than 2 admin seats, want custom onboarding templates, or want priority support and a quarterly compliance review. Business raises caregiver limits to 120 and admin seats to 5.
What happens if I hit my caregiver cap?
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We will not stop you from operating — we will reach out so you can pick the right plan for your roster size.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel or downgrade anytime from your account settings.
