Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Claim your listing, add caretakers, and receive client inquiries at no cost. No credit card required, no time limit.
Can I try Pro before committing?
Every Pro account starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
What does Shift Backup cost?
Posting open shifts is free. When a partner agency fills your shift, there's a $25 per-shift fee. If you're the one covering another agency's shift, you set your own rate and earn revenue.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you downgrade, you keep Pro features through the end of your billing cycle.
